Hello I am Lorhan. I am 19 years old, and I have recently been contracted to march with the world class drum and bugle corps Spirit of Atlanta.  
In August of 2011 I saw my first Drum Corps show. It got me hooked. I told myself that one day I would march in a Drum and Bugle Corps. Every year I convinced myself I couldn't do it..until 2015. In November of 2015 I went, by myself, to Atlanta Georgia and auditioned for the Spirit of Atlanta Hornline, and to my surprise was offered a spot! I was emailed my contract and found out that our tour fees for 2016 are $3,000! 
After talking to my family about it, they said I could march, but they wouldn't help me pay for it. 
Without the financial support of my family, added to moving to a new state and starting college, I didn't know how I would pay for it. 
So I got to thinking, I have designed tee-shirts, and wristbands to try to offset my tour fees, and will be getting a job soon to try to pay most of my fees myself! However, I know without the help of others it just won't be possible for me to march this summer.
Marching in a Drum and Bugle corps can help me grow as a musician, performer, and leader. 
With a little help from you all, I will be able to march this summer! Please, if you could donate even only $10 that will help me more than you know!
