Leo needs our help

In the picture above is Leo. Besides my fiancee he is the most important thing to me in this world. After getting neutered yesterday his wounds would not clot and he was bleeding out in his cage. He was rushed to the University of Pennsylvania emergency room and has stabilized but needs loads of tests and maybe exploritory surgery if the vet may have done something wrong. They will only treat him for what we can pay for and I'm sorry to say I don't have enough. Seeing him last night in that hospital was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Please help. Thank you.
