05/18 Breakdown of remaining goal:

$871/$5800 = $4929 remaining

$1500 for car repairs (brakes, brake rotor, tires, these have gotten BAD)

$3100 for all past due bills, upcoming rent

=$4600

Anything extra will still go towards GFM fees & new bills because I still do not have enough income to catch up and they still come every month.

Previous story:

I would not be alive today if it wasn't for the support of many kind internet strangers. I am in awe of that every day. While I do need help with essentials, I want to try and focus on them myself. But with these massive repairs needed to my car, the past due bills, I just simply can't do this alone. So that is why I am asking for the community's support.

Please know if I am asking for help publicly, I have already tried everything I can using the resources I have. I simply cannot make it through this alone.

I do currently work (gross $180/mo) and am actively interviewing. I just qualified for SNAP to help with human food. The LIHEAP in my area isn't available until July. I really am trying. Getting this funded would change my life and help me get back on my feet and breathe. Thank you.
