Please help with Kevin Davis’ medical costs

I'm fundraising on behalf of my parents. My dad, Kevin Davis was involved in a very bad car accident in which another vehicle swerved into his lane and hit him head on.

He has chemical burns on his feet which will require surgery, eight broken ribs, a ruptured spleen and numerous other fractures. He’s been in two different ICUs and was airlifted to the trauma center he is in now.

If you know my dad, which you do, you know that he’s the hardest working man in the world. And also the sole provider of my parents household. My mom selflessly retired to help my sister and I raise our children. My dad will not be able to work for at least six weeks, probably longer. And when he does recover, we aren’t sure how much labor he’s going to be able to do.

My dad doesn’t have insurance, he doesn’t have short term disability and this is adding to the financial uncertainty that I really don’t want my mom to have to focus on right now.

They have never asked for anything, and have always been so generous to the people around them. My sister and I are going to do everything we can to help them through this but if you can also help, we would really appreciate it. I know that times are hard right now for everyone and you guys know that I’m not the type of person to ask for help, but they really need it right now while my dad focuses on his recovery.
