Nine months ago I went through the second worst day of my life. I tore my ACL and meniscus and went through a deep depression two months into my recovery. By the third month I was blessed with this beautiful boy who not only served as my emotional support dog, but more importantly as my best friend. I have no doubt in my mind that he was placed in my life for a reason. Today Kai was hit by a speeding car in our neighborhood, and this is what I would count as the worst day of my life. In addition to being emotionally distressed, I am panicking over the financial cost of his medical bills. Thankfully he does not have any broken bones, but internally he is in critical condition. He is currently in a overnight emergency hospital and I’m praying for a miraculous healing because I don’t know how much more I can do for him due to not having money to support his bills.  I am a full time college student working a part time job and I am currently struggling with money. I wouldn’t be asking for this if he did not mean the absolute world to me. I know that some may not be able to contribute money wise but even your prayers mean more to us than you know.
