Help Joy's Mom Kick Cancer

Joy's mother, Demi, has been the foundation for her family of two grand children, daughter, son, and husband and resides on the island of Maui, Hawaii. If you know Joy personally or you follow her life on Instagram, you can't help but adore how close everyone in her precious family are. You'd also know that Joy would never ask for help or approve of this GoFundMe page. They have the most beautiful heart and right now they need our help. Demi was diagnosed 6 or 7 years ago with cancer to the colon, thyroid, liver, uterus, and bladder. While fighting cancer, she's been working several jobs to help with the medical bills and also to support her grandchildren since their parents are also struggling financially. Sometime in the past year, her condition has worsened and now she is at stage 4. She has to fly back and fourth to Oahu almost every other week for chemo and sometimes twice a week when an emergency situation happens. (I know she hates being seen in her current bedridden condition so, out of respect, I will not post any pictures of that.) The journey ahead is overwhelming as you can imagine. The family appears to be drained but they will never give up. Recently, they've sent some blood samples to a mainland company in hopes of qualifying for an experimental treatment. All of this is costing them a fortune, and Joy and her father, Charles Sohn, has been trying their best to stay afloat financially but I think they're going to need our help. Joy started a jewelry business but the funds aren't coming in fast enough. I'm sorry to lay it on you guys during the Holidays, but I really think this is the best gift you guys can give Joy this year or next. PS.
