Helping Jim Heal

Hello everyone. We are starting this page to ask for help for our family members, Jim and Donna English.  Jim was diagnosed with esophageal and upper stomach cancer, on his 52nd birthday, February 16th. He is currently undergoing daily radiation five days per week, with a sixth day of chemotherapy. 

Both Jim and Donna are extremely hard workers and are doing their best to raise and care for their four-year-old great grandson Bryson, full time.

As you know the fight is going to be stressful and the financial obligation for this treatment is astronomical and, at this stage, Jim is too sick and weak to continue working. He has been forced to take his leave of absence from Licking Correctional Center.

As the sole provider for their family, they need our help. This will be a long-term situation, as Jim will have to undergo major surgery requiring 2/3rds of his esophagus and 1/3rd of his stomach to be removed.
