Hi. My name is Sarah, and I am fundraising for my father Jim, who is going through a hard battle. My dad, he had worked all his life and he’s the type to give the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it. He ended up getting Covid-19 TWICE even after being fully vaccinated. He was in the hospital for awhile, and his oxygen levels weren’t where they needed to be. He was written off of work, a job that he loved and couldn’t go back to anytime soon. They held his job for him as long as they could, but his health just wasn’t where it needed to be to continue working. So, he had to resign. He was heartbroken. He loves working and helping people.

My father, if you know him or even if you don’t, just hearing about him, you’d know that he is a good man. He provided for his family, he helped friends in need, he just was always helping anyone and everyone the best he could and now he needs help.

He had no luck with unemployment, and he and my mother have so many bills and get very little help from the government. We have a few people who have helped them with some bills, which we are grateful for, but said bills always come back. They are living just off my mom’s income right now and things are tight.

He cannot go back to the doctor until the end of May 2022, and we are not sure he will be approved to work again.
