Jerry's Medical Crisis

Jerry Letourneau is struggling to overcome Stage 4 Large B-cell lymphoma in his back, stomach and under his arms as well as Leptomenengial disease (brain cancer).  After 9 months of the strongest chemo meds available (injected into an upper body port, brain port, and into his spine) he is in full remition.  But this is his second full remition and time is running out.  In a last ditch effort, on Feb. 20 he is scheduled for a stem cell transplant at the City of Hope.

But the expenses are enormous and he can’t work.  Linda (his sister) and Kathy (his S.O.) are doing all they can but after 9 months they're tapped out.   Although Jerry’s on Medicare, and has applied for extra financial support through various agencies (yet to come thru), his immediate needs are for travel funds for the constant visits to the City of Hope and to pay for medications.

There have been a handful of wonderful heroes who have already given generously (many thanks) but more is needed for the next 2 months until other resouces kick in.

We are fortunate to still have Jerry with us and your generosity will definately make a difference.  Any amount big or small is greatly appreciated.  Please help our brother, cousin, dad, and friend.
