Jeff's DOUBLE LUNG TRANSPLANT

Critical time is here... this wonderful man needs a double lung transplant. He has been forced to stop working and check into the hospital. If friends and family can help it will save his life. Losing his income and going onto cobra and the deductible plus expenses. We are asking for help for this year hoping we can get him onto SSDI in that time. He's my soul mate and one true love... He's giving and always helpful to anyone else in need.. now he's the one that needs help. I humbly thank you for your time and help if you can.
