Help Iranga Graduate From Columbia University

**URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED** - I’m a graduate student at Columbia University, and due to a funding shortfall created by the long-term health impacts of COVID-19, I need to raise £25,000 (28,000 = inclusive of fees) by late January in order to graduate.

Contracting the virus last year, along with disability-related symptoms, caused my doctors to advise me against returning to the UK. This meant I incurred costs to the university to remain in safe, on-campus housing while accessing care, as well as medical bills (health insurance and prescriptions) whilst being treated in the US.

As a disabled student and former child refugee, graduating from Columbia is a rare and life-altering opportunity.

My studies are focused on the impact of transgenerational epigenetic inheritance, loss, subsequent reunifications, and artistic mediums' historical role in navigating these dynamics. Completing this course will allow me to realise my dream of working at the intersection of arts and technology.
