www.inspirationsbygail.com February 12, 2017 was the worst day of my life. I was called by my daughters pediatrician to take my daughter to Children's National Hospital right away. Once there I received news a parent never wants to hear. We think it's Cancer. My heart instantly dropped to my stomach. She had a large tumor on her left Kidney, which drs weren't sure if they could remove it because it was so close to her aorta. On Valentine's Day they decided to do the surgery and what was suppose to be a 3 hour surgery turned into 6 hours. I was terrified the whole time, I couldn't breathe, my stomach was hurting, and it felt as if someone was sitting on my chest and would not get off. She made it through the surgery, THANK GOD! After that we have been back and forth to the hospital 2-3 times a week. We found out that she has an aggressive cancer and we needed to start chemo soon. How do you tell your 14 year old daughter she has cancer and she's going to loose her hair. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Seeing her cry and asking why me and I didn't have an answer for her brought me to tears. She is the sweetest girl I know and I wish it could have been me instead. She has to undergo treatment for 21 weeks, and she has to be admitted at least 5 times that we know of for sure. This money will help with medical expenses, wigs, and anything else she may need while going through this. Please help us with anything that you can this is going to be a rough road for us, for her. She's going to make it, I know it, she is the strongest girl I know. And she going to have an amazing testimony. GOD has been with her through this all. Read her story on my Aunts March Blog, the link is on the top. Thanks in advance and GOD BLESS. And please pray for her healing
