My champion mate has really bad emphysema & is suffering from minor heart failure due to a lack of oxygen. He needs a portable oxygen machine to get to doctor appointments & to live a normal life. There is no government funding even though he is on an old age pension. He has been a hard worker his entire life, been a fantastic member of his community & always helped everyone he could in need.
