Helping Zaldy bring ZJ home for one final glance.

Hi, my name is Daryl Dino, and I am seeking assistance from the goodness of our friends and family’s hearts to help our dear friend, Zaldy Sampaga, on his journey to bring his brother's remains back to the United States where his children are waiting for him.

A few weeks ago, his brother, Zaljo Sampaga, ZJ as we know him, went to the Philippines to visit, and no one would’ve thought that he would not be coming back. That their last hug shared, will be last, that their goodbye is goodbye. He passed away early today after suffering from a fatal stab wound. A victim of a crime, gruesome and painful. A nightmare no family should ever need to face. ZJ fought with all his might in the cold hospital bed but succumbed to the fatality that healthcare professionals cannot reverse. He left his two beautiful boys (6 and 4 y/o) waiting for their dad’s return.

Heartbreaking for Zaldy, as a brother, he knows that ZJ would want his children to see him, hug him, and kiss him one final time. Zaldy would wish his nephews to have their last glance at their father. He knows his brother would want for this too. Zaldy loves his nephews and brother so much that he will do absolutely everything for them.

We want to help Zaldy fulfill this quest. It’ll take effort and monetary funding to process ZJ’s return to his children. We are knocking through your good hearts for any help we can provide to assist Zaldy and his family during these trying moments. He is mourning so is the rest of his family. Any amount to alleviate a bit of burden from Zaldy and the rest of his family, will be much appreciated.
