Mackie is a self employed friend - who had recently come down with the flu.  The flu caused an infection that almost cost her life.  She was admitted to Johns Hopkins hospital with an infection in her foot and sepsis.  She is now in a rehab facility and will have to stay 3 to 6 weeks and will have to undergo some reconstructive surgery.  She has a battle to fight to get healthy and I would like for all of us to help ease her mind so she doesn't have to worry about the financial side and can - concentrate on HEALING and getting healthy.  She is needing these funds to maintain the ability to pay for her expenses (home, car and to help pay for the cost of her medical bills).
