Helping with Memorial & Coping with a New Life

Donation protected
Hi, thank you for taking the time to read this. Yesterday my beautiful cousin Carol Thelen passed away. Her parents are now left having to bury their daughter which no parent should have to do. A shock to everyone who knew her, it looks as though she had a massive heart attack. With no history of heart issues this took everyone by surprise but we are waiting for confirmation from an autopsy. In the mean time preparations are being made and your help would be appreciated. Her partner will also need to figure out a new life with just one income which will take some time. I'd love to be able to give him enough to help out for at least a few months so he can begin to grieve and figure things out.

Here are some of the things that people are saying about Carol:
**Carol was loved by everyone who ever knew her. She was the absolute definition of a caretaker, caring for anyone and everyone she loved. No matter what happened she was the first person to offer help, advice or just an ear. I was absolutely gutted to get the call of her passing last night and I’m completely and utterly devastated.

**Often when I spoke of being grateful for friendships, it included all the moments you popped in with your wisdom and light. You showing up in my darkest moments to support me through something you had seen on facebook or had heard always left me feeling so supported.

**It doesn't seem real that such a light could so suddenly blink out of existence. Thank you for shining so warmly, Carol Thelen . It was my joy to know you and share in its brightness.

**Just short of 50 years was not long enough for Carol's bright light to shine over this world. The world is a little darker and Heaven is so much brighter now.

**The amount of love I have for you can't even fill the skies of infinity

Anything you can give to help with these unexpected expenses would be greatly appreciated. The service is scheduled for Saturday, February 3rd at 10:30 am at St. Veronica's Church in South San Francisco.

Thank you,
-Kim (Carol's cousin)
