In Honor Of Steve Drake- A Father figure to us all

Hello World,

My name is Meila Davis. I am reaching out in the hopes that I can raise money for my life long friend, Whitney Drake and her family, who are all battling Covid-19.

Let me start off by saying that the Drakes have always been such generous people. Growing up, Twila and Steve were Mother/Father figures for so many of us. They even took in a bunch of us and let us live with them. Although we probably drove them crazy, they allowed us to stay for years. So I am hoping after all the good they have done, that we can return the favor.

Both Twila and Steve are hospitalized with severe cases of Covid-19 and Pneumonia. Steve is in ICU and has not been very stable. It is with a heavy heart that I write the doctors are not sure he will pull through. Whitney, her husband and children are home quarantined and are not able to work. They all share a home, so Whitney has a lot on her plate.

Everything that is donated will go directly to Whitney. My goal is to raise enough money to cover Rent, Bills, Food and any Medical bills for Twila and Steve. So please donate and share, even if it is just 5 dollars! And If you are not able to donate at this time, I ask that you please just share!
