Hello Everyone, we do hope you all are staying safe and healthy in these challenging times. We urge you all to remember to practice the six (6) feet social space, wash your hands often and work to keep our world safe and healthy for all. We must protect each other. Remember to cover your cough and drink plenty of fluids. We want a healthy world for you and our veterans.
At Tangier Service Enterprises Inc. we are continually working hard to find shelter and jobs for our homeless veterans who served and protected us to preserve our freedoms. We want to give back to them by protecting these heroes from the cold, rain, snow, extreme heat and all weather by providing them shelter, clothing, food, an education and the medical treatments they have earned with their service. Going further, we always work with our veterans to help them start their own business plus find a permanent place to live from their business' earnings.
According to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), over 40,000 American Veterans are homeless on any given night. These brave men and women served us and protected our freedoms, now it is time we protect them by giving back to them.
Please give freely and often to help a veteran who is down on his or her luck due to no fault of their own. Even a few dollars will help a veteran get a hot meal and some decent hygiene. We work with the homeless veterans by teaching them practices conducive to maintaining good health and preventing disease. We do ask that you please give generously in these difficult times as these troubled veterans are now in serious condition and it will only get worse.

Our dream is the winter of 2020 the United States does not have any veterans sleeping on our streets. Our politicians do not care; our elected officials only talk a good line on helping our veterans but then nothing is ever done. We are Americans. We want to take a stand and say enough is enough. We do not want to see any more of our veterans sleeping on our streets. They fought for us so now we are fighting for them. Please find it in your heart to give in these extremely hard times to help our homeless veterans. The more you give, the more you will receive the rewards of seeing veterans getting off the street. We must stick together and fight for our veterans. When you see a veteran anywhere, please say to him or her, "Thank you for your service". That really does mean a lot to those who are and have served this great country of ours, knowing they will not and are not ever going to be forgotten.
