Helping Valencia

Dear colleagues,

My name is Paco Núñez and I am a young professional from Valencia in Brussels.

Following the recent tragic natural disaster that has impacted my region, a group of colleagues (Amparo, Nuno, Hans, etc.) and I are organizing an initiative to bring essential materials to the affected area. After speaking with family and friends on the ground who have informed us about the most urgent needs, we identified an effective way to help: purchasing two KARCHER K5 and two KARCHER K7 electric pressure washers, with a total cost of approximately 2,000 €.

With this in mind, we would like to appeal to your generosity to launch a flash-fundraising that will help us reach this goal of raising 2,000 € over the next 48 hours, so we can purchase these essential tools and deliver them this very week. To be as efficient as possible and minimize any disruption to local authorities and volunteers (and due to a shortage of stock in Valencia), we plan to acquire the equipment in the city of Albacete, two hours from Valencia, where a trusted person will collect and deliver it to the Picanya town hall, one of the areas most affected by the flooding.
