As most of you know, my beautiful mother has been diagnosed with stage 3 melanoma. This news has truly devastated our family of course. Even more so because we know what kind of terrible monster cancer is, and how expensive and stressful every day ends up being. We tried to keep moms treatment local but since her case is pretty complex, I am very happy that she will be going to banner for her treatment. Tracy starts immunotherapy this week to hopefully shrink the lymphnodes that are basically entangled in her arteries and blood vessels so that they can remove them in a couple months. Her surgery will be pretty rough on her and depending on her healing and physical therapy, sshe may not be able to work for quite a long time. 

If you know my mom, you know how hard she truly works. 5-6 days a week, some days are 12 hours long. She is always there to help anyone and is truly the most incredible mother and grandma. She is the provider for her house and she is so terrified of not working and of course how bills will be paid. Going down to Phoenix means gas, and hospital stays and food. Although she has insurance there will still be co pays and special things she will need to get. So that's why I started this. My mom worked so hard when I was sick and was by my side every chance she got. This news is already so hard, and I know the fear she feels going in to treatment and not knowing what's next. I just want her to focus on getting better. Nothing else. She has a hard battle in front of her and anything helps ❤️

latest update. My moms insurance has officially stopped. So not only will they discontinue her lifesaving immunotherapy treatment, and her surgery to remove her very large mass in her stomach that is threatening the artery in her leg, she is also unable to pay for her very important medications. My moms blood pressure is dangerously high and with out insurance she isunable to control her heart safely. We are terribly concerned she may have a stroke or her heart will fail.
