Urgent Appeal: Help Us Heal Roscommon’s Sick and Injured Animals

This summer has brought an overwhelming wave of sick and injured kittens, cats, and dogs into our care. In July alone, our veterinary bills soared to €12,000, and the need hasn’t stopped.

We’ve treated kittens suffering from ringworm, cat flu, sore eyes, broken limbs, fleas, and worms. One tiny kitten with neurological issues required scans and X-rays costing over €3,000. Alongside them, several dogs arrived in heartbreaking condition, needing urgent medical attention.

These animals come to us with no one else to turn to. We’re doing everything we can—but we can’t do it alone.

We’re urgently appealing for donations to help cover these mounting vet bills and continue our discount neutering program, a vital effort to reduce the number of unwanted kittens born into hardship.
