Helping tio chuy get better

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read what I have to say. My name is crystal mendoza I am Jesus Olivas Segura niece. My uncle was last heard from on October 9th 2021. Tio lives in Juarez Mexico. My family in Juarez filed a missing person's report after he wasnt answering our phone calls, after family went to his apartment and couldn't find him. tio was recognized by one of the hospitals staff, the hospital reached out to family on October 12th 2021. He was also on local news in Juarez for being an unidentified 63yr old man found in a ditch with head trauma screaming for help for at least an hour until someone finally heard him. My tio isn't doing too well and the hospital he currently is at is neglecting him due to finances, he has no money, we don't have money. The pictures that family has taken of his care are horrific and i wish no one would ever be treated like how my uncle is currently being treated. This gofundme is to be able to relocate him to a better hospital and help pay for surgery and other medical expenses.
