More information about Martin House: Martin House provides care and support for children and young people with life-limiting illnesses, and their families. Our services are provided free of charge to families across West, North and East Yorkshire, and include respite care, symptom control, community care, end of life care and bereavement support. We also provide bereavement support to families whose child died from a life-limiting illness but did not have the opportunity to use the hospice.

Myself and my best friend have always loved going down to see my little cousin Oscar Cole Dalton and tidying up his grave when he’s looking a little tired. Oscar was born on the 27/06/2016 and was with us for a previous 6 weeks before he u fortunately passed away on the 07/08/2016. We want to help clean up other babies graves as we both have a passion for it and want to help all the other families who suffered or are suffering the same thing that my family did nearly 8 years ago. It will be an immense success if we can get even just a couple more babies graves cleaned up and looking sparkling clean. All the money raised will go towards Martins House Children’s Hospice where Oscar spent his final few days,even a £1 would make a massive difference to some of these children’s lives
