I heard something today that truly broke my heart. My sweet elderly neighbor, the nicest little lady you could ever meet, is getting kicked out of her home because she doesn’t have the money for rent. She lives quietly with her two cats, who are basically her whole world. She doesn’t have any family or close friends to lean on — it’s just her and her fur babies trying to get by.

Every time I’ve seen her, she’s been so kind, always smiling, always greeting people with warmth, even though she’s clearly going through tough times. It hurts to see someone like that struggling, especially when you know she deserves peace, comfort, and dignity — not the fear of losing her home.

I want to do something to bless her, to remind her that there are still good people out there who care. No one should feel alone or forgotten. If anyone feels it in their heart to help, even the smallest bit, it could truly make a world of difference. Whether it’s a kind word, a prayer, or a small donation — anything helps.
