I have known Danyell for almost 19 years. She is my best friend, and watching her and her family walk through this kind of pain has been truly heartbreaking. They are facing 2 unimaginable losses, loosing both of their parents/grandparents unexpectedly in just a 8 day span— something no one is ever prepared for, especially during the holidays when family means everything.

On top of their overwhelming grief, the financial strain with time away from work, celebration-of-life expenses, and the care of Mya — her parents' beloved dog — including vet bills and other ongoing needs, the burden can get heavy during a time when their hearts are already hurting so deeply.
