On 1/12/2026, the Ulrich family home caught fire. While the loss is significant, we have already seen many miracles and the Lord’s hand working through every part of this experience.

If you know Sarah and Ed, you know they are the kind of people who quietly show up for others, every single time. My sister has pulled over more times than I can count to help someone on the side of the road or rushed to someone’s home when help was needed. Ed is always serving his neighbors and community, helping round up loose cattle, using his backhoe to move dirt for others, or arriving with tools in hand, ready to fix just about anything. Their children reflect the same generous, hardworking spirit, always ready to love and serve those around them.

These are truly salt-of-the-earth people who would never ask for help themselves and are already humbled by the outpouring of love they’ve received. This GoFundMe wasn’t created because they asked, it was created because so many of us love the Ulrich family and are looking for a way to return even a small portion of the kindness, service, and love they have given time and time again.
