If you don't know them, let me introduce you to the Tidds. James, Stephanie, Skyler and Jordyn (baby #3 is due in 3 short weeks).
Last Saturday the girls were their normal funny selfs with no issues, by the end of the day Skyler was sick with a fever, vomiting and a horrible cough. She became very lathergic and the medications weren't managing her symptoms. After multiple doctors appointments and ER visits it was decided she was no longer stable and needed to be taken to Chicago. She was rushed by ambulance to Comers where she was diagnosed with RSV, rhinovirus, and complex MRSA pneumonia.
By day 3 at Comers Skylers little sister Jordy started to show the same signs and symptoms her sister had. She was examined and sent to Comers as well. Mom and dad are now upstairs with Skyler and downstairs with Jordyn. Jordyn was evaluated, treated, and release home under close surveillance.
After 4 days at Comers Skylers little body became tired and she was struggling to breath and couldn't even keep her eyes open. The only words she could say was "I'm scared" to her daddy. She was transfered to PICU where they could increase her oxygen and keep and better eye one her. She was placed on hiflow oxygen and on multiple different medications to help the pneumonia.
Jordyn is still being monitored at home and medication round the clock. Skyler is now more alert and speaking. With the girls condition changing from day to day James is not working so he can be with his girls. We are no where near the end and are taking it day by day. Please help in anyway, and please continue to pray for this incredible family.
