Helping the Ones we LOVE in life's final Journey!

Hello everyone, my name is Jessica Stark. I am married to my best friend, Robert Stark. Since joining the Stark family in 2010, I have accepted many new family members into my life. Two of my favorite family members are Robert’s parents Fredrick (Fred) and Ellen (Ellie). They care so much for myself and my daughters. We always made it a point to visit and along the way Fred has taught me euchre (kind of) and many dad jokes. He is such a caring loving person and would do anything for any of his 5 children (Fredrick, Anthony, Robert, Timothy, and Barb). He has given so much to his family he lost balance of his life and his healthy has been in a gentle decline for many years.

     Recently, life has become harder for the two. Fred’s health has drastically worsened and he entered the Hospice Care program. His wife Ellie up until a month ago worked at Target full time. Fred’s medical condition caused Ellie to take on his care full time. The absence of work has been both a blessing and a burden. The time she has been afforded to spend with Fred, in his final moments of life, has become a blessing. No income from her job has created an extreme burden on current life. Due to Fred’s condition they were unable to obtain life insurance. Once Fred’s moments on this earth are complete; that burden will worsen with over half of Ellen’s support severed. She is not requiring a lot of support just enough to lessen the burden of this situation. We all understand the current economic situation and understand that donating may be the last of anyone’s concern. If you cannot give financially, we understand but every little amount would help Ellie and Fred. Thank you, God bless.
