It is with a heavy heart that I have to announce the death of my wife, Amanda Morales-Reed, she lost her lifelong battle with mental illness/depression by taking her own life at the young age of 22. She leaves behind our very beautiful & bright 3 year old daughter, Autumn Renee Reed.
Amanda loved Autumn with all of her heart & strived to be the best mother that she could be. They had a very beautiful relationship. My love for Amanda was purely unconditional & I'm truly heartbroken I will no longer get to witness the connection & love that they shared. She gave me the most beautiful gift I could ever be blessed with & for that I am truly grateful.
Amanda was very passionate about performing arts, modeling, photography, painting, body art, motorcycles & airplanes. She was pursuing a higher education in the technical training program for aircraft maintenance at Miramar College, passing all of her tests above 90%.
She had a heart of gold & was loved greatly by her friends & family. She always found a way to touch your heart in her own little ways, she always found a way to uplift you. I can safely speak for us all when i say we will surely miss her smile, her laughter & her sparkly copper eyes.
This fund will be used for funeral expenses, to help repay Amandas' student loans & the long term continued care for Autumn. After sustaining permanant work-related injuries, my income potential is severly diminished to the point that our lives will surely be a struggle.
We love you very deeply, Amanda & hope you can now be at peace in your mind, body, heart & soul.
These photos were shot last week in Mount Laguna, this was the last moment we shared together as a family.
