One of my very best friend and her family needs help. She would never ask for this herself but she is always there for everyone else. Her daughter was in a tragic accident 4th of july weekend and was airlifted to Children's hospital  with a traumatic brain injury. She is stable and recovering slowly but everyday is a struggle for the family. Jessie now found out that her employer will not cover a paid FMLA for her to be off with her daughter through recovery and expected rehab. They also advised her that, in order to keep insured she will have to pay out of pocket.
