We are reaching out to you during an incredibly challenging period as my wife, Christine McGee, copes with the devastating loss of her mom, Danette McGee. 

Danette was a beautiful soul. She was my mother-in-law who gave me a sense of belonging in a family that felt like home. Her love was unconditional and pure. 

Danette was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer, back in September, and for whatever reason why god needed her this soon, is beyond me… but I know my mother in law impacted so many people in such a amazing way!

This loss has brought overwhelming emotional and financial burdens. We need help with the flights for Chris and me, and our two kids, so we can be able to tell grandma goodbye properly.

We are starting this GoFundMe to assist with travel funds so Chris can be a part of saying goodbye to her mom and any related costs, allowing us to focus on healing and grieving properly.
