The third week in October, the McConnell’s home was ravaged by fire and smoke. All of the family (Todd, Tracy, Lexi, and Kailee) are safe. Survivors also include their dog, Truman and their pet frog. Unfortunately, nearly everything in their home is destroyed or severely damaged. They have lost nearly everything. Lexi and Kailee are both competition team dancers and they have had all of their dance items destroyed: dance wear, dance shoes, team jackets, and costumes. This loving, wonderful family needs help and they need it now!

The family is currently staying at a local hotel as the search for a rental home in the Dixon area begins. The amount of damage to their current home is still being assessed. The damage is extensive, as the fire quickly flamed across their entire attic and the ceilings caved in. The fire, smoke, and water have left very few items unscathed and has brought destruction and the loss of so many cherished items. Please help by donating to this fund for the McConnell family.
