Helping the Magallanes Family
Ally attends the Goddard School of McKinney. Her Pre-K teacher’s father has been fighting for his life for the past 6 months. He was diagnosed with COVID in January of 2021 and he fought a long and hard battle. While waiting and praying his family was hopeful that he would make a full recovery. On April 7th he was transferred to an inpatient rehab facility where they became extra hopeful. He had many ups and downs and the family has been through a roller coaster of emotions. They prayed that he would get to go home and he did on June 17th just in time for Father’s Day! Small prayers have been answered and God’s faithfulness has prevailed. However, our plans don’t always align with the Lord’s. Last Thursday, while at home with his precious wife, Marivel, Adrian stopped breathing after he gave her one last hug. She started CPR on him but he was without oxygen for about 24 minutes. He was on life support for a few days. The hospital did everything they could. The family was by his side and in the ICU waiting room the whole time. Adrian was called home on July 5, 2021. He was an organ donor so that someone else may be blessed. Please pray for the Magallanes family and donate if you can. The hospital bills are overwhelming as you may know. Any amount will help as they try to navigate their new normal without their Son, Husband, Dad & Friend. What we can rest assure in is that he is now pain free, laughing, joking around and dancing in Heaven. Thank you for your prayers. All donations will go to the Magallanes family.
