Our beloved friend and colleague Guhan Kumar has become severely ill.
While he has tested negative for COVID, he is connected to a machine called an ECMO which is assisting him with his breathing at this time.
As of Monday 7/27, he has undergone Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery. This in order to perform a biopsy on his lungs to help Doctors determine a root cause for his illness.
We are looking to show support to Guhan and his family as he has always been there to support us with either a smile, a hug or shot of Johnny Walker. Or my personal favorite, Margaritas with Chips and Salsa.
The money raised will be provided to his wife Bhairavi Vaidhyanathan to assist with future medical bills. Information on his health status will be provided as it becomes available.
