April 6, Tina went in for an emergency  appendix removal surgery. She was in so much pain, and was short of breath while walking afterward. They decided to do a CT scan, which revealed she had lung cancer.  She was released on April 14, and she was placed on continuous oxygen at home. She had a PET scan done April 18, and April 19 she had her first oncology appointment. The doctor told her the PET scan had shown she had cancer cells in her liver, pancreas, left temporal lobe, bones, soft tissues, left pelivic bone ect.. pretty much all over. He told her she had 3-6 months left without chemo, and 9-12 months with chemo. She had her biopsy done Monday April 30, and her next oncology appointment May 3. The doctor told her May 3 chemo was no longer an option, and she now had weeks left of her life. She has 5 children aging 25, 17, 14, 10 & 7. To help ease the burden of the family,  we are asking for anyone who can, please donate to the care of the children, bills, and all other expenses. If money isnt something you can donate, please say a prayer for the healing and peace for Tina and her family during this difficult time.
