Hello there!! I’m Nichole. I’ve known Jeanette and Justin for about 14 years and they are some of the most kind hearted people I know! They would NEVER ask for help, so I will for them!! 

They have 3 wonderful, hilarious kids!! Connor(10 years old) Wyatt (6 years old) and Lyla (4 years old) Unfortunately life didn’t deal them the best hand. Justin was born with a congenital heart disease. 5 years ago he was diagnosed with heart failure. Over the last few years Justin has rapidly declined in health! Thanksgiving week he was admitted to KU Medical Center and told he would need a heart transplant!! Doctors allowed him to go home to enjoy the holidays with his family but with a pump that constantly administered medication to keep his heart going. On January 10th he was re-admitted to KU Medical Center. January 12th he was put on the transplant list!! I am asking everyone to help in any way you can so Jeanette can have gas to see her husband. Grocery money for the kiddos. With the hope that Justin is able to be given a heart, Jeanette is able to take off work as an EMT to help care for her kids and husband full-time after! Out of everyone I know or have met these people deserve help. Thank you soo much in advance for anything you are able to donate! Please pray for this family!!
