Hi, as many as of you know, my family of 4 moved into our house in May 2025. Already, it seems we have hit a big home-owner hurdle as when my wife & I got home from opening night of my recent show, we discovered that our entire garage and basement had flooded due to a drainage backup during the recent storm, leaving 6” of standing water across our entire lower floor. We have reached out to insurance which will be able to partially cover some of the costs, but unfortunately they will only be able to cover pretty much just the base cost of tearing up the floors, deep cleaning & drying, and cutting up 2 feet of drywall. We will have to replace all of the flooring, redo the drywall, and replace thousands of dollars in personal possessions that were damaged with the water out of our own pocket. So with that, just thought I might reach out and see if anyone is willing to help dig us out of that financial hole that the flood has left us in. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
