Travis Hendrix started feeling sick this week. After 2 emergency room visits and a colonoscopy, they discovered that he had a large malignant (cancerous) tumor is his colon and needed immediate surgery due to it causing more then 90% blockage. As I am typing this at 3:25 pm on 12/5/20 he is still in surgery ( he went in at 11:30). No one know how bad the cancer is and how long it will take him to recoup and get back to work. Travis and the Hendrix family is a second family to me. Anyone who knows them know that they will give you the shirt off their back. During this time, I want the family to be able to focus on healing and not the finance aspect of the surgery, hospital stay, and him being out of work. (He does not qualify for FMLA as he has not been at his company long enough). Any donation helps.
