Helping the Fryer Family

Dear friends,
Glen Fryer is a loving father and husband living in Mariposa, California. To say that he has been through hell and back in the past two years would be an understatement. It started with my father being diagnosed with bladder carcinoma (bladder cancer) in April of 2018 and started chemotherapy shortly after.
This was a battle for our whole family being that he became very ill and was unable to help my mother with running their vacation rental buisness that they've devoted the past five years of their life on. The things he also loved such as sculpting wooden chainsaw carvings and golfing were now taken out of his life. Although remaining very ill, the chemotherapy was working acording to his doctors, giving our friends and family hope during this time. Over a few months time, Glen started to improve mentally and physically, being able to walk more often while keeping a positive attitude. Sadly, this didn't last for long and Glen was again physically impaired. Over the past few months my father has been in and out of the hospital and a transitional care home, unable to walk or get out of bed. He's also been dealing with a broken hip while in the hospital and infection, raising his white blood cell count dangerously high. Recent extensive tests have unfortunately shown that my father also has metastasized cancer in his bones, speading unpredictably throughout his body.
Through this time, my mother has been extremely strong, working hard to keep my father alive. While having medical insurance that is covering a large amount of hospital bills, my mother is still struggling to pay for everything medical related that is not being covered, while trying to run their buisness. With the money given through donation, it will be used by helping with: Medical transportation, medication not covered by my parents insurance, expenses for travel, various medical bills, and some buisness expenses to help my mother while my father cannot work. Through all of this, we are still keeping hope and will not give up on recovery.
