From the family of Ken "Cheeseburger" Graber
It is with the deepest heartache that we share the news that Ken Graber - known and loved by so many as "Cheeseburger" - was tragically taken from us far too soon. Ken passed away in a sudden accident, leaving behind a community of friends and family whose lives will never be the same without him.
To anyone who knew Cheese, you know what a rare and irreplaceable person he was. His warmth, his spirit, and the way he made everyone around him feel is something that cannot be put into words. Cheese didn't have friends - he had family. Lots and lots and lots of family.
In the wake of this devastating loss, our family is now facing the very real reality that follows a sudden accident like this one. The reality of trying to send him off like he deserves, the reality of trying to get loose ends tied up with his business, and the reality of stressing over how to keep from falling behind as the bills are pilling up. No family should have to worry about finances while surviving the unimaginable.
We've been asked what we need by so many people this last 24 hours. We're sorry we can't tell you when you ask. We wish we could. We just don't know how. Cheese didn't either, he would just always say "we'll figure it out". We always did figure it out, but the strongest part of that "WE" is not here to help us this time.
If Cheese ever made you laugh, made you feel like family, or just helped you feel like it would all be alright... this is a chance to help his family shake a little of the stress that is becoming so very heavy right now.
Every penny of this goes to making sure Cheese's family has what they need to work through this and that anything Cheese asked to have done, or would have asked to be done, is done. We appreciate every donation and everyone that can share this with other people that knew Cheese.
With love and gratitude,
The Graber Family
