Helping the Cavanaughs Rebuild

Story

My name is Jimmy Cavanaugh and my parents are Dave and Sandi, from the Mark West Springs area of Santa Rosa, CA.  As some of you may know, my parents have lost their home of 25 years in the wildfires that have swept across Northern California. We have not yet been able to access our property, as the fires are still burning and our property remains in an evacuation zone, but detailed satellite images released yesterday have confirmed our worst fears.  My parents are currently safe, sheltered, and their immediate needs are being met, but starting over sure won't be an easy task.   If you know my folks though, you know how resilient they are. They're the kind of people who have been generous in the community for many years, but struggle very much to ask for anything for themselves. So I'm asking for them. Many have asked me and my brother, Michael Noriega, what they can do to help, so I decided to create this page.  If you feel inclined, consider making a donation to help them with this daunting and heinous transition into their new life.  Thank you in advance to all, the outpouring of support we have received thus far has been truly heartwarming and humbling. Note: a portion of your donation will go to whichever charity/ies my parents decide need it the most once all the dust is settled.
