Hi, my name is Lauren and last month my lovely friend Laura and her family were faced with the ordeal of their beautiful little girl, Elsie, being taken ill and eventually a diagnosis of aplastic anaemia was reached.

 

Laura, Daniel and Maya are now faced with being separated regularly while little Elsie is in hospital for long periods of time. The toll on their family is going to be great for the foreseeable future whilst Elsie undergoes transplants and treatments until a donor can be found.

 

One thing that will make this all even harder as a family is the financial toll of loss of earnings hence I have decided to try and rally support on their behalf (I know Laura would never ask herself!!!) as no family should have to go through this alone; so please, if you can spare anything at all to ease their struggle in the coming months(at least) then please do!
