On January 12th, Stu and Chrissy Basham experienced a devastating house fire that has turned their lives upside down.

Thankfully, the family — including their three young children (ages 2–6) — were not home at the time and they are all safe. However, they lost the majority of their belongings, and the home is badly damaged.

As a result, they will be displaced for an estimated 2–4 months while repairs and recovery take place. During this time, they are facing the overwhelming costs of temporary housing, replacing essential items, and rebuilding their livelihoods — all while caring for three small children.

It looks like the insurance will cover the incident, but this will help bridge the gap if it doesn’t cover everything. Your donation will also help them get through until the insurance red tape is all dealt with.
