Helping Tetsu Fight Back

Today my family let me know our dog Tetsu will need yet another surgery to keep him alive. For those that may not know, my family owns a beautiful, energetic, goofy dog named Tetsu (Tet for short), who’s a white Siberian husky. He’s my best friend.

We rescued Tet from being euthanized as a puppy. Tet had so many issues that the owners did not think it was worth spending money on surgeries to keep him alive. Thank goodness my sister cried when the owners wanted to put him down, otherwise, I’m not sure if he’d be alive today.
 
My family has worked hard to be able to pay off his recurring expensive surgeries, medication, and vaccines. I’ve been so proud of them for being able to do so, however, as we all know, times are tough right now. And what I learned this past year is that it’s okay to ask for help. So, I created this fund to help my parents pay off Tet’s upcoming surgery to remove a mass from his stomach as well as future costs for his daily medication. His surgery alone will cost $3,000 and his monthly medication will cost at least another $1,800.
