In Memory of Taylor Clarke

Taylor Rose Clarke received a life-saving heart transplant on April 20, 2016. She was then inspired to become an activist for organ donation as a volunteer through LiveOnNY. Taylor was an amazing advocate for the cause, educating others and encouraging countless people to sign up to be organ donors. LiveOnNY has touched the Clarke family's lives beyond words, especially in the beautiful way they were able to honor Taylor when she herself became an organ donor - turning our tragedy into a gift for others. So please, in lieu of flowers, we ask that you make a donation to LiveOnNY Foundation in honor of our hero, Taylor Rose.

We are heartbroken to share this new update with you. Our beautiful, amazing niece, Taylor Rose passed to heaven peacefully on Friday, July 9th.  Jack, Laura, and Samantha want to thank you for your love, prayers, and support.  Taylor has touched so many lives with her determination, strength, faith, and love. She will be in our hearts forever.
