On April 7th Papa Al took his last breath on this earth and first breath in heaven at home surrounded by the love of his life and his daughters. As we walk out this journey your support and kindness is so appreciated.
December 28th will forever be a day that changed the lives of our brother and sister, mother and father, friends and beloved members of their community.
As many know Al was rushed to St. Joseph’s in Stockton after collapsing in their home. Tammy found him unconscious and called for help while breathing life into her husband and best friend.
He was life flighted within hours from St. Joseph’s to U C Davis do to bleeding in the brain. Later they would find out that Al had aneurisms and some additional conditions in the brain that would have to be looked at later.
Al has undergone two brain surgeries and has at least one stroke despite the efforts of the doctors to prevent those and remains in a coma at this time.
Doctors are no longer inducing the coma , and have this week put a feeding tube and a tracheotomy in and are now administering medicines to walk him up.
The family along with their friends continue to pray for the miracle they need, but no matter what happens in the weeks coming they have a long haul.
You may know that Al had retired in July of 2019 and he and Tammy purchased Bills Music in Stockton, CA. the same month.
This last year with covid their business, like many others, has seen better days and they could use our help.
If you know Tammy and Al you know that they give of themselves and all they have to help others, they pour out to love others and care for others and right now they need others to care for them.
We ask first and foremost for prayers! We believe in the healing power of our God and in the power of prayer! If you can give we ask you to be the hands and feet of Jesus in this time. Whatever amount you can give is more appreciated then you would ever know. Drop an encouraging note or a call and please pray for Al and his wife Tammy that he holds most dear and their family during this time of many unknowns and agree for their strength and confidence in the One who is sure during this time
