Meet Sylvia Jean Green—a truly special, warm-hearted soul who lit up every room she entered. Sylvia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who spent her life caring for others. Renowned for her engaging conversations and selfless community service, she enriched the lives of many as a community volunteer. Her roles included serving as a dedicated hospice volunteer, personal care assistant, Changing Lives Shelter & Clothing Bank coordinator, church programs volunteer, and hairdresser (leading ear).

Following her peaceful passing on January 31, 2025, Sylvia’s family organized this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of memorial expenses and support her loving husband, David, as he embraces additional family responsibilities during this challenging time.
