It’s with a heavy heart that I’m reaching out. Not that long ago Susan was diagnosed with breast cancer. At the time, Susan had just started a new job and her insurance had not kicked in yet. As you can imagine there were many expenses.

But with the love, prayers and support of so many loved ones and a doctor who was willing to work with Susan, she persevered, even through complications in the reconstructive process. Things seemed to be getting back on track.

Unfortunately, on August 30, Susan received the unthinkable news that the cancer had returned.

Once again, Susan is facing surgery and an aggressive chemo plan and possible radiation. Although she does have insurance this time around, it is limited. Her surgeon is also out of network, which means not everything will covered. Because of the complications Susan experienced the first time around, her medical team feel it’s best that Susan stays with them as they understand what her body has already been through.

Foremost, I’m asking for prayers that Susan would have a complete healing and recovery.

Additionally, if you are able to help out financially, I know it would help Susan and Cliff. The funds will go to help cover deductibles, bills/fees not covered by insurance and help make up for the unpaid time off both Susan and Cliff will need to take.
