Helping Supermom & Her Family
Donation protected
Just over a year ago, the stars aligned to bring some pretty awesome people together for a work adventure. We share a passion for helping others and making a difference in this crazy thing called life. Along the journey, one of our beloved team members, Gabrielle (who we endearingly call Gabi), got the dreaded news nobody ever wants to hear - her husband, Travis, has breast cancer.
Gabi runs the Sandidge household as Supermom for her sweet husband and two beautiful children, Khoda & Kai. After Travis' diagnosis, Gabi took on more of the responsibilities at home, providing care and strength for her husband while maintaining a sense of normalcy for the children.
At work, she is relentless about doing the right thing for our customers, mentoring every new person who joins the team, and helping leadership with project initiatives outside of her regular job responsibilities. Gabi’s hard-working mentality and innate good nature make her a very special part of this team. She works hard but loves harder!
Travis Sandidge, 31 years young, is a loving husband and father at home. He works as a Maintenance Technician in Property Management and has not taken time off for treatments because his wages are hourly.
Cancer sucks.
Treatment is expensive and VERY hard.
Managing the household, balancing work, controlling emotions, staying strong, and having to worry about medical bills multiplies stress factors. Please consider making a donation if you’re able to; even the smallest amounts will help.
Brandon Lira (Gabi’s manager at work) agreed to further support this fundraising effort by making it a challenge! He’s going to run based on donations received through the end of this month. October is breast cancer awareness month.
