Karen in September of 2021 got her second Covid shot and in October of 2021 she started having a cough that kept getting worse as time went by. She went to a heart specialist and they said everything was fine. As time progress other symptoms started to form. She started to feel very tired and give out after just the littlest things.She then went to several doctors for different options.During this time with each dr visit She was told a different diagnoses. What first started as allergies, she was then told bronchitis, pneumonia, even a lung infection but after several medications and month passing still nothing helped. As time went on Karen was now sleeping in a recliner in their living room because she couldn’t breath laying down. In November she went again to another dr to get another diagnoses, this time it was whooping cough.Karen was taken out of work because her condition was not safe for the job she had. In January Karen went to another specialist to find out she now has Pulmonary hypertension. Medication again and still no change. February of this year Karen had a spell while at home. Her blood pressure bottomed out and was taken by ambulance where she got amazing care and found out at this point she now has congestive heart failure as well as left bundle branch block. Karen was admitted in the hospital where she stayed for 15 days having test and monitoring.This left Sonny her husband to a one income to support them while going through all this. As time went on Karen has had several set backs she has been admitted back in the hospital on many occasions due to medicine working against her and fluid building back up, extreme swelling, low blood pressure, and cough. She now wears a defibrillator vest 24 hours day. She can not work due to the medical condition she has that has not been controlled. As of Monday May 9th Karen is in the hospital once more due to medication not pulling fluid and now her heart numbers extremely high. Sonny is also needing to have some tests done but with only one income that is hard to do. Please help this wonderful family that means so much to so many!
